Wallace Brooks & Associates, LLC is a comprehensive Aging Life Care Management agency located in the Metro Atlanta area. We focus on enhancing the quality of life for elders and their families through comprehensive care management that addresses the many needs and challenges that come with aging. We work with our clients and their families to simplify health, legal, financial and social service care systems into a clear plan of care that provides safety, security and peace of mind.
Sharon Wallace Brooks
MHA, LCSW, C-ASWCM
Our Founder and President, Sharon Wallace Brooks is a health and human services professional with over twenty-five years of physician and consumer engagement experience. She has worked in the pharmaceutical industry, behavioral health services and public and private sector health plans.
Sharon is known for her collaborative and systems-centered approach, developing comprehensive, strengths-driven care plans based on client and family skills and resources. Her health administration and social work backgrounds combine to help her navigate the complexities of matching clients to service providers in cost-effective, client-centered plans of care.
Sharon specializes in care for adults with major mental illness and those with complex family dynamics.

Without Sharon’s guidance and assistance over the past six years, the end-of-life journey with both of my parents would have been life-draining. She is like an extended member of our family, holding our hands as she helps us find acceptance and peace during their final days.
Sharon Brooks has been with us the six years my parents have travelled through the final years of their lives. During that time, she has informed, advised, guided and comforted our entire family through hospital stays, health emergencies, and ultimately hospice care.
